Important to be healthy and happy, which includes looking good, but I am not obsessed with looks.

Empathy. To be able to relate to anybody helps me in my natural medicine career.

To have a family of two (husband and wife), or more with children!

To be kind to myself in the face of suffering, and treat others as I would want to be treated.
